Position Summary
Are you a student looking for a flexible part-time job until graduation? Or a recent graduate looking to start a career in the nonprofit sector? ITNAmerica has just the job for you! This entry level, fully remote, part-time (20-25 hours per week) position features:

Ā Exposure to many elements of working for a national nonprofit
Ā Opportunities for growth
The Database Researcher will work for ITNAmerica's "Rides in Sight" program which helps seniors, people with visual impairments, and others will mobility challenges find transportation options. Approximately 2/3 of your time will be spent working in the Rides in Sight database, and 1/3 spent helping seniors on a toll-free telephone hotline. ITNAmerica is seeking someone eager to learn about the nonprofit world and passionate about helping seniors.
Responsibilities
Ā Maintain the Rides in Sight database by performing internet research and data entry
Ā Answer telephone calls on ITNAmerica's Rides in Sight hotline
Ā Accept other related duties and tasks as required
Qualifications
Ā Highly organized and attentive to detail
Ā Ability to concentrate on one task for several hours at a time
Ā Above average computer skills
Ā Strong verbal communication skills
Salary and Benefits
