Responsibilities
Listen and observe patient-provider interactions to document accurately in real-time.

Record detailed information into the electronic medical record (EMR) on a laptop or computer.

Assist providers with administrative tasks such as handling phone calls and retrieving lab reports.

Improve efficiency and productivity for better patient flow and satisfaction.

Maintain high professional and ethical standards while handling confidential patient information.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.

Typing speed of 45+ WPM, with a preferred test speed of 70 WPM.

Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is preferred.

Basic knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to operate a personal computer and related software applications.
