The Role: Entry-Level Lube Technician As an Entry-Level Lube Technician at VIOC, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional preventive maintenance services to our customers. You'll be the trusted advisor they count on to keep their vehicles in top condition, ensuring their safety on the road. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate customers' needs and provide personalized recommendations for maintenance and repairs. Perform a range of automotive preventive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid checks and refills, filter replacements, and inspections of lights and wipers. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace that adheres to our high standards. Contribute to a positive and inclusive team atmosphere, collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals. Master our products, services, and company knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Essential Qualifications and Skills: To succeed as an Entry-Level Lube Technician, you'll need: A friendly and customer-focused attitude, with a willingness to work as part of a team. An eagerness to learn and grow with our company, taking advantage of our award-winning training program. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work with your hands above your head, and stand for extended periods. Full mobility and the capacity to climb stairs as needed. English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking); bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus.
