As an IT Support Associate, you'll be responsible for handling client tickets and questions, performing daily shift walks, routine audits, and remote hands requests. You'll also follow strict security protocols, shipping and receiving procedures, and use our ticketing system to log all requests and activities. Our ideal candidate will have:
Previous customer-service work experience
