As a key player, youll initiate meaningful conversations with potential customers, understand their needs, and create customized solutions that drive sales. Thanks to our innovative lead-based system, youll never have to cold call uninterested prospectsjust warm leads ready for your expertise.
What Youll Do:
Build strong relationships with prospective clients through calls and visits.
Offer personalized insurance solutions to meet their specific needs.
Guide clients through the application process, ensuring smooth communication every step of the way.
Generate referrals and secondary sales by nurturing long-term client relationships.
Conduct business reviews regularly to ensure clients are happy and to discover new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
This is a commission-based role (1099), with no caps, quotas, or limitsjust the opportunity to earn what you deserve. Each sale typically earns you around $500 in commission!
What Youll Preferably Bring:
Were looking for someone who has:
Experience in Life Insurance Sales, but willing to help you get licensed and trained
A strong background in Sales & Marketing.
Proven success in Outside Sales and Prospecting.
In-depth Product Knowledge and a passion for helping others.
