Entry Level HR Assistant / Receptionist

*POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Front Desk Receptionist plays a key role in supporting our Talent Acquisition Team within our regional territory. This position is responsible for coordinating office operations and fostering organizational efficiency.

- Ability to switch tasks seamlessly
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong team player, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Excellent written, verbal, and quantitative skills
- Exceptional communication skills to maintain a professional atmosphere in the front office
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
- Coordinate all office operations and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between the regional office and headquarters, including HR, Special Events, Business Technologies, and Talent Acquisition.
- Manage inventory of office supplies, paperwork, equipment, and apparel.
- Oversee pre-employment communication, onboarding, and ongoing support for new hires in the territory.
- Capable of sitting for extended periods, typing, engaging in phone communications, and standing for events as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Some travel may be required.
*EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**
- Bachelors Degree required.
