Key Responsibilities: • Assist with posting job openings and organizing applications. • Help schedule interviews and communicate with candidates. • Support the onboarding process by preparing materials and assisting new hires. • Maintain employee records and keep files organized.
• Respond to basic employee questions about company policies. • Assist with organizing company events and training sessions. • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering emails. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time management skills. • Good verbal and written communication abilities. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field. • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
