The Opportunity:
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Financial Consultants to join our team as independent contractors (1099). In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of individuals and families by assisting them with crucial financial planning needs. Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in developing comprehensive financial plans, including:
• Retirement Planning
• College Savings Planning
• Life Insurance and Long-Term Care solutions
• Tax-Advantaged Strategies
• Budgeting and Savings Plans
• Learn and understand various financial products and services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and other business development activities.
• Present financial plan recommendations and solutions to clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
• Adhere to all ethical and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
• Must be a legal resident of the United States.
• Ability to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
• Highly motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong work ethic and self-discipline.
• A genuine interest in personal finance and helping others.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new information.
• Strong ethical compass and commitment to client confidentiality.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
