Entry-Level Financial Analyst

They are seeking an Entry-Level Financial Analyst to provide analytical support across the Finance organization and assist the Tapestry CFO on special projects, blending financial planning and analysis tasks with expense management and reporting. Responsibilities Prepare indirect cost spend reports and support analysis of overhead expense trends Track and report new business funds; prepare investment review decks for leadership review Produce and maintain order forecasts in collaboration with product line stakeholders to provide visibility into future revenue and earnings forecasts Organize and facilitate monthly all-finance team meetings in support of the CFO (agenda setting, materials preparation, follow-ups) Lead development of the annual LRBP (Long-Range Business Plan) leadership team briefing package, consolidating inputs and preparing executive-ready deliverables Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed Skills 1+ years of Excel experience using pivot tables, lookups and creating basic formulas Excellent presentation and communication skills Experience balancing multiple competing priorities and deadlines Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited course of study Experience with corporate finance systems Detail-oriented with the ability to dig into data and resolve discrepancies Self-motivated and hardworking Benefits Health insurance Flexible spending accounts Health savings accounts Retirement savings plans Life and disability insurance programs Programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work Company Overview Boeing offers commercial, defense airplanes, space, security systems, and global services.
