Primary Responsibilities Manage multiple databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and data organization, utilizing your attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain up-to-date and accurate records. Enter required grant data accurately into our database system, meeting monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. Maintain appropriate records and follow required procedures and practices for attendance and assessment data, adhering to strict confidentiality and security protocols to protect sensitive student information. Complete regular error checks and data clean-up to ensure accurate reporting, and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance our data management processes. Ensure data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support to our internal teams and external partners. Organize and prioritize tasks to meet all local, state, and program deadlines, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, including pre/post testing with state-mandated assessments, and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Perform various administrative tasks, including scanning documents, labeling items, inventorying supplies, and preparing mailings, utilizing your knowledge of standard office practices and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School diploma or GED required, with a strong foundation in mathematics, reading, and writing. Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures, including MS Office Software, with proficiency in Excel and other data management tools. Ability to perform office work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy, with excellent typing skills and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively, and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Ability to work cooperatively with others, and work under pressure with frequent interruptions, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail. Advanced knowledge of MS Office Software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
