**Job Summary**

We are seeking an entry-level Data Entry Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional solutions to our clients. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our systems, ensuring smooth transitions for end users, and supporting ongoing system updates. This role offers excellent hands-on experience, professional development, and exposure to exciting projects in the tech and life sciences industries.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Enter and organize user data and organizational information into the system with high accuracy
* Assist the development team in building tools to support data migration and application setup
* Provide support to end users, ensuring their credentials and accounts are properly established
* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve basic issues
* Work a shift that aligns with assigned divisions (shift options: 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM EST)

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) with accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Bilingual candidates (English and Spanish) are a plus
* Any Tier 1 helpdesk or technical support experience is a bonus
