As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with various stakeholders, including Retail and Institutional Business Teams, to ensure the accurate and timely completion of tasks. Key Responsibilities Transaction Processing: Process exchange buy and sell transactions in customer profiles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Reconciliation: Identify and address breaks between blithequark and fund companies or transfer agents, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. Corporate Activity Events: Handle Corporate Activity Events, including settlement and reconciliation of transfer activity, as well as processing and reconciling returns activity. Research and Testing: Conduct research on complex/escalated issues, perform testing/validation of new technology enhancements, and service changes. Project Completion: Complete projects in Investing, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor account. Communication: Interact primarily with Retail and Institutional Business Teams through email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration) or equivalent experience. Basic knowledge of investment products, transactions, and industry regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, as well as other software applications relevant to the role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a related field. Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems, such as Salesforce. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
