Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail‑oriented Entry‑Level Data Entry & Process Improvement Specialist to join the careerzynith Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with artists, engineers, and product managers to identify workflow inefficiencies, develop practical solutions, and maintain the custom tools that keep our development pipelines humming. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience with industry‑standard engines, scripting languages, and proprietary tooling while making a tangible impact on the speed and quality of game production.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (art, design, engineering, QA) to map current production workflows and pinpoint bottlenecks.
Document, analyze, and prioritize improvement opportunities based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
Design, prototype, and implement custom asset pipelines that automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual entry errors.
Maintain, extend, and support careerzynith’s existing suite of internal tools, ensuring they remain reliable and up‑to‑date.
Develop and curate reusable libraries, scripts, and plugins for Unity, Unreal Engine, and other proprietary game engines.

Track the performance of implemented solutions, gather feedback, and iterate to maximize efficiency gains.
Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting tool‑related issues, performing root‑cause analysis, and delivering timely fixes.

Essential Qualifications
