Key Responsibilities Accurately enter data into various systems and databases, ensuring compliance with blithequark's data management policies and procedures. Verify data by comparing it to source documents, identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies as needed. Update existing data and eliminate duplicate information to maintain data integrity and consistency. Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, providing timely and accurate responses to internal stakeholders. Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation and business continuity. Handle confidential information responsibly, adhering to blithequark's confidentiality and data protection policies. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: A high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar position is preferred, although we are willing to train the right candidate. Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets, including MS Office Word and Excel. A basic understanding of databases and experience with data entry software. Good command of English, both oral and written, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
