**Responsibilities**

As an entry-level Data Entry Clerk at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Entering data accurately and efficiently into our system, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information.
* Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data entered, and making necessary corrections.
* Managing and organizing large amounts of data, and maintaining confidentiality and security of all data entered.
* Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed, such as responding to emails, making phone calls, and performing data entry tasks.
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless data entry and processing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Data Entry: Enter data accurately and efficiently into our system, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information.
* Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered, and make necessary corrections.
* Data Management: Manage and organize large amounts of data, and maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered.
* Administrative Tasks: Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as responding to emails, making phone calls, and performing data entry tasks.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred.
* Previous data entry or administrative experience preferred, but not required.
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
