What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Input customer and account data by transferring information from paper documents to digital spreadsheets
Review and verify data for accuracy, correcting any deficiencies or errors found
Compile and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Generate reports and store completed work in designated locations, performing backup operations as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information throughout the data entry process
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong computer skills with the ability to enter data quickly and accurately
Basic knowledge of touch typing and database management tools
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
Previous experience in a Data Entry Clerk position is a plus
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with data program techniques and procedures
Experience with document scanning and file printing
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Excellent organizational and time management skills
