What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Input customer and account data by transcribing text and numerical information from source documents
Compile, verify accuracy, and prioritize information to prepare it for computer entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities
Research and obtain additional information for incomplete documents
Generate reports and perform backup operations for stored data
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of touch typing systems and database management tools
Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
Strong attention to detail with analytical thinking capabilities
Prior experience as a Data Entry Clerk is a plus
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in data entry roles or similar positions
Familiarity with data program techniques and procedures
Additional certifications related to data management or administrative support
