Entry level / Data Entry Assistant (Remote)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities...
Utilize booking platforms and travel management systems to schedule and confirm travel plans accurately and efficiently
Communicate with clients to gather preferences, provide itinerary options, and address any questions or concerns
Liaise with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other vendors to secure reservations, negotiate rates, and arrange special accommodations
Monitor travel schedules and make adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen circumstances
Provide clients with relevant travel information, including destination guides, visa requirements, and safety precautions
Handle cancellations, refunds, and changes to travel plans in a timely and professional manner, following established procedures
Maintain detailed records of travel arrangements, payments, and client interactions in our database systems
Requirements:

Previous experience in travel coordination, scheduling, or related roles preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach
Proficiency in using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software applications
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently
A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate with team members across different locations
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
