Key Responsibilities Engage with customers through our chat application, addressing inquiries related to pricing, refund policies, and promotions in a timely and professional manner. Provide quick and accurate responses to customer queries, enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement. Work independently and meticulously follow instructions to ensure consistency in our customer support services. Collaborate with our internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve our overall customer experience. Continuously update your knowledge of our products and services to provide the most effective support to our customers. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Access to a device with internet capabilities (Phone/Tablet/Laptop) and a stable internet connection. Ability to work independently and follow instructions meticulously. Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise responses to customer queries. A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to learn and grow with our team. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in customer support or a related field, although not required, is an asset. Familiarity with chat support software and technology is desirable. Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
