We are now seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team, specifically to support victims of identity theft and consumer fraud.

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual to fill the role of an Entry Level Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to incoming contacts from consumers who have been victims of identity theft and consumer fraud. The primary goal of this position is to provide exceptional customer service, efficiently document consumer complaints into a secure database, and offer educational materials and referrals to support these individuals in resolving their issues.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound calls from consumers in a professional and empathetic manner, providing A+ customer service.
Accurately document consumer data into a web application, ensuring all information is secure and up-to-date.
Provide educational materials and referrals related to identity theft resolution, fraud prevention, and applicable federal laws to support consumers in navigating these complex issues.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless support for all consumers, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.


Work Schedule and Expectations
The expected shift for this role is 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST) or 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (PST), Monday through Friday. Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as the schedule may be subject to change based on business needs.

Minimum Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Excellent computer and typing skills, with the ability to navigate web applications efficiently.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to empathize with consumers and provide clear, concise information.
The position requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Please note that the clearance process can take anywhere from 7 to 60 days, and the chosen candidate cannot start in this role until the process is complete.


Desired Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is highly desirable.
Prior experience in a call center environment or customer service role is preferred.
General knowledge of federal laws related to identity theft and consumer fraud is advantageous.

What We Offer
This position is covered under the Service Contract Act and is subject to minimum wage requirements, as well as the minimum Health and Welfare benefit. Leidos is committed to ensuring that all wage and benefit provisions are met as required by the Service Contract Act. The salary rate for this position is $15 per hour.
