Job Overview As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in acting as an advocate for our clients' consumers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our clients' products and services. This role is uniquely positioned to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty, without the requirement of cold calling or lead generation. Instead, you will work with a generated lead list of customers who have already expressed interest in our clients' offerings or have existing services, allowing you to focus on building relationships and providing exceptional support. Key Responsibilities Utilize a generated lead list to follow up with prospective and existing customers, addressing their product, service, or account inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner. Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers through consistent display of a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor. Engage in comprehensive training, including classroom-style learning, role-playing, and product knowledge exercises to ensure a deep understanding of our clients' products and services. Manage customer accounts with precision, helping to develop new outreach initiatives once initial training is completed, to continuously enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Implement and enforce compliance policies and procedures, ensuring that all interactions with customers adhere to the highest standards of integrity and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with both customer service and sales departments to promote our clients' products effectively, leveraging the generated lead list provided by our clients to maximize outreach efforts. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our commitment to exceptional customer service and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's degree, although this is preferred and not a strict requirement, as we value experience and potential equally. At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, with a proven track record of successfully resolving customer inquiries and issues. Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-tasking settings. The agility to quickly learn and adapt to new products, services, and compliance policies, ensuring that our customers receive the most accurate and helpful information. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, essential for tracking and managing orders with precision and efficiency.
