• Assist with the enrollment and ordering process and adhere to all customer confidentiality and privacy policies as mandated by the company and client.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or event marketing is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework is a plus.
