Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Β Work directly with consumers to assess their needs and preferences to ensure customer satisfaction
Β Forge long-lasting relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Β Generate sales leads and create potential business opportunities for the company
Β Attend regular training sessions for our Customer Service Representatives to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our products and offerings
Β Adhere to company guidelines, procedures, and policies to ensure full compliance with our clientsΒ standards
Β Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and handle confidential customer information
Β Troubleshoot problems and empathize with customers to resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Β Proven customer service or retail sales experience is preferred
Β A high school diploma or GED
Β Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Β Excellent communication and presentation skills
Β Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Β Ability to adapt and work alongside different characters, including customers and team members
Β Desire to have FUN and bring positive energy into the workplace
