Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative:
Identifying and building profitable and successful relationships with customers in person
Consistent and constant communication with dormant and target customers
Lead generation and business development on behalf of our company
Expanding and pursuing new business opportunities for the clients
Prospect new clients and develop business opportunities
Ongoing account management and identify specific current and future client needs
Collaborating with colleagues to strategically expand and grow existing business
