Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
Provide accurate information about the company's products and services
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
Maintain and update customer records in the company database
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
