Required Qualifications

ā¢ Ability to resolve customer issues with professionalism and courtesy.
ā¢ Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and office software.
ā¢ Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
ā¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
