Ā Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Ā Assist customers in resolving issues and escalating complex concerns to the appropriate departments.
Ā Process customer orders, payments, and returns efficiently.
Ā Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database.
Ā Support the team with administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
Ā Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Ā Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ā Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ā Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
