The Role

Key Responsibilities
• Meet with team leads to understand their goals and help define the data needed to track their success.
• Collect information from various sources and ensure it is organized correctly within our systems.
• Build simple reports and visual dashboards that highlight key trends and performance metrics.
• Review historical data to identify patterns and provide basic summaries of what the numbers are telling us.
• Assist senior analysts with larger projects, helping with data entry, cleanup, and documentation.
Qualifications
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Analytical Mindset: Need to have a natural curiosity and a logical approach to solving problems.
• Communication Skills: Translate technical findings into clear, simple language for non-technical teammates.
• Software Interest: Basic knowledge of spreadsheet software (like Excel or Google Sheets) and a desire to learn tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Attention to Detail: Take pride in the accuracy of your work and double-check your findings.
