About The Role
As an Entry-Level Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating the alignment of business processes with technological solutions within our organization. You'll work closely with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs, document requirements, and analyze data to drive decision-making and process improvement initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analysis while contributing to the success and growth of our organization.
Some of what you will do:
 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
 Assist in the development of business cases and project charters.
 Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
 Create and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
 Assist in the design and implementation of solutions to meet business needs.
 Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
 Assist in the testing and validation of software applications or systems.
 Provide support during the implementation phase, including user training and documentation.
 Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
 Assist in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
 Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
 Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
What will help you be successful:
 Bachelor's degree in relevant field
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
 Excellent communication skills
 Basic understanding of databases and SQL
 Familiarity with business process modeling
 Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
 Prior internship or work experience preferred
 Ability to work in a team and independently
 Legal authorization to work
