Responsibilities:
Ā Performed GAP Analysis of business rules, business and system process flows, user administration, and requirements.
Ā Conducting JAD Sessions to resolve open issues, change requests so that the application meets the business requirements and deadlines.
Ā Interacted with the end-users of the application and setting up sessions with them to monitor their existing application usage and process flow
Ā Coordinated with other analyst teams, key business management and senior management in keeping abreast of key industry and regulatory developments.
Ā Responsible for Business, Functional, Requirements for the customization and integration of the application.
Ā Conducted JAD Sessions, interviewed Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) and stakeholders, asking detailed functionality aspects of business process.
Ā Analyzed project scope, gather requirements, writes business and functional specifications, create user documentation.
Ā Experience working on State Healthcare projects is a plus.
Qualifications:
Ā Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or another related field
Ā Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting
Ā Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ā Strong attention to detail
Ā Ability to prioritize and multitask
Ā Minimum Bachelors
Ā Candidates need to be open for relocation.
