Entry Level Business Analyst

Need: We are looking for an analytical and proactive Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our growing team. The selected candidate will assist in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting project delivery using Agile methodologies. This role offers hands-on experience in documentation, stakeholder communication, and process optimization within a collaborative environment. Note: • Visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the near future, for this position. Key Responsibilities • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into user stories. • Support process mapping using BPMN tools to identify improvement areas. • Assist in preparing BRDs/FRDs and maintaining project documentation. • Collaborate with stakeholders, QA, and development teams for successful delivery. • Conduct market and competitor research to support product strategy. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint grooming sessions. Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor’s in Business, IT, or related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and business analysis fundamentals. • Proficiency in Excel, Jira, and process modeling tools (e.g., Lucidchart/Visio). • Excellent communication and documentation abilities. • Team player with adaptability and keen attention to detail.
