? Foster a collaborative environment among the sales support team and ensure effective communication and coordination with the sales representatives.
? Update and maintain customer information in the company's CRM system.
? Continuously seek ways to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall sales support operations.
? Work toward achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the sales manager.
? Provide additional information, answer questions, and nurture leads to conversion.
? Seek mentorship and guidance from experienced sales professionals to enhance performance.

? The ability to build rapport with customers, listen actively, and establish trust is crucial in sales.
? Basic organizational skills are re quired for this role.
? Proficiency in using basic computer applications, email, and customer relationship management (CRM) software can be useful.
