Entry Level Bookkeeper

Impact Scale is seeking to hire a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Bookkeeper to join our team. You’ll work closely with our accountant and company leadership to ensure the accuracy of financial data, track commissions, and help maintain clear and reliable records that support our operations and growth. Responsibilities: • Assist in verifying financial transactions, data entries, and commission reports • Support the accountant and company owners with monthly reconciliations and expense tracking • Maintain and update accounting records in QuickBooks (or other relevant software) • Review invoices, receipts, and statements for accuracy and completeness • Help prepare basic financial reports and summaries • Ensure proper documentation and organization of all financial files • Communicate with internal teams or vendors to clarify discrepancies • Support general administrative tasks related to finance as needed Qualifications/Skills: • Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or relevant coursework/experience) • 1–2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proficiency with arenaflex Sheets, Excel and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Eagerness to learn and grow within a supportive environment Apply tot his job Apply tot his job
