Year Up United is an intensive job training program designed for young adults, providing them with essential skills through in-classroom training, internships, and personalized coaching. The program aims to equip participants with both technical and professional skills, facilitating their entry into the workforce or further education.
Responsibilities
Ā Participate in in-classroom skill development sessions.

Ā Engage in internships with leading organizations such as Bank of America, Capital One, JPMorgan Chase, or Salesforce.

Ā Receive personalized coaching and mentorship throughout the program.

Requirements
Ā Must be between 18-29 years old.

Ā High school graduate or GED recipient.

Ā Eligible to work in the U.S.

Ā Available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration.

Ā Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.

Ā Must not have obtained a Bachelor's degree.

Ā Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
