About the Role As an Assistant Superintendent at Easy Homes, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects. You'll be responsible for managing multiple trades, coordinating with field staff, and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, direct, and coordinate multiple trades for numerous positions simultaneously Communicate daily with corporate office staff, vendors, field staff, and outreach teams to keep them updated on job site progress, address questions, and manage their expectations Identify and report material shortages, labor cost variances for each job Make daily site visits to each home to ensure project progress and quality standards Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards Investigate issues and complaints as they arise Utilize construction software to manage all aspects of the job, including MiTek Kova (Sapphire) ERP system Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Civil/Structural Engineering (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook Ability to adapt to new technology and embrace the efficiency it brings Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage Ownership or rental of a truck Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, having the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: Knowledge of construction practices, codes, and requirements Experience with construction software and technology Strong communication and interpersonal skills What We Offer At Easy Homes, we believe in rewarding our employees with a comprehensive compensation package that includes: A competitive salary ($35-$40 per hour) Vehicle allowance Annual bonus programs Exceptional health benefits 401(k) plan with matching contribution Paid vacation time Company trips and outings Career Growth Opportunities We're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
