Entry Level Appointment Setter (Work from Home, Sales, 1099 Employee)
We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter to join our team. This is a remote, commission-only position where you will be responsible for reaching out to new and existing clients, scheduling appointments, and ensuring qualified leads are booked for our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Make outbound calls to both new and existing clients to set appointments.
Ā Follow provided scripts and processes to ensure qualified appointments.
Ā Maintain a detailed log of all client interactions and scheduled appointments.
Ā Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism on every call.
Ā Work independently and efficiently, scheduling a minimum of [5] qualified appointments per week.
Ā Collaborate with the sales team to ensure successful follow-up and client management.
Qualifications:
Ā... Strong communication skills and a clear, professional phone presence.
Ā Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ā Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
Ā Reliable phone and internet connection for remote work.
Ā Ability to work five days a week, following a flexible schedule.
Compensation:
Ā $15-25$ per qualified booked appointment. Most appointment setters set about 4 appointments a day.
Ā This is a 1099 employee position, commission-based only.
Ā Potential for increased earnings based on performance and volume.

Ā Must be comfortable working in a commission-only role.
Ā Must be able to work remotely from a quiet, professional environment. Must speak English (bilingual is a plus)
