You will work closely with a small team to build and maintain AI-powered web data collection tools, support operational tasks, and communicate with external contacts via phone. Responsibilities
⢠Assist in designing, testing, and maintaining AI-powered tools for web data extraction and process automation.
⢠Work collaboratively with a small team to troubleshoot and improve data collection and automation performance.
⢠Place and receive phone calls as part of data validation, process verification, or operational support.
⢠Accurately document work progress and report issues to team leads.
⢠Follow established processes and adapt to evolving workflows.
⢠Maintain data quality and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
⢠Entry-level position; no prior experience required
⢠Basic computer skills and comfort navigating web-based tools
⢠Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
⢠Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a remote environment
⢠Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively

⢠Reliable, high-speed internet connection
⢠Working headset and microphone for phone calls and team communication
