About the position

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level AI Automation Builder to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in artificial intelligence, automation, and data collection. You will work closely with a small team to build and maintain AI-powered web data collection tools, support operational tasks, and communicate with external contacts via phone. Proficiency in creating AI prompts and a fundamental understanding of how to work with website structures and implement automation using tools like Playwright is a significant plus.
No prior professional experience is required—training will be provided. A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities
• Assist in designing, testing, and maintaining AI-powered tools for web data extraction and process automation.
• Work collaboratively with a small team to troubleshoot and improve data collection and automation performance.
• Place and receive phone calls as part of data validation, process verification, or operational support.
• Accurately document work progress and report issues to team leads.
• Follow established processes and adapt to evolving workflows.
• Maintain data quality and confidentiality standards.

Requirements
• Entry-level position; no prior experience required
• Basic computer skills and comfort navigating web-based tools
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
• Personal computer (desktop or laptop) capable of running modern web tools
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection
• Working headset and microphone for phone calls and team communication

Nice-to-haves
• Interest in AI, automation, or web data extraction/process building.
• Basic familiarity with building AI prompts, working with website structures (HTML/CSS), or implementing automation code (e.g., Playwright).
• Basic familiarity with spreadsheets, data entry, or technical tools
• Previous experience working remotely or on a small team
