What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist Analysts and Consultants in the development and utilization of actuarial models
Conduct database analysis and create spreadsheets to support project deliverables
Draft correspondence with attention to detail for internal and external communication
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Participate in relevant training and professional development activities
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field with an expected graduation date in December 2024 or May 2025
Minimum GPA of 3.5
Successfully completed two or more Society of Actuaries exams
Relevant internship experience in the field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; programming knowledge (SAS, SQL, VBA, Python, R) is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Experience with data analysis and actuarial modeling
Familiarity with various programming languages related to data analysis
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
