Entry Level Accountant
As an Entry-Level Accountant at arrivia, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. You'll be responsible for various accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis. Responsibilities:
? Process daily check deposits, electronic deposits, and payments for all company cash and merchant accounts.
? Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
? Reconcile bank accounts and identify any discrepancies.
? Analyze specific general ledger accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
? Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
? Assist with month-end closing procedures.
? Perform other accounting tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
? 1-2 years of accounting experience highly preferred
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Attention to detail and accuracy.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Experience with Acumatica is a plus.
