Entry Level Account Manager
We’re seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Account Manager, serving customers in Fremont, CA and surrounding cities. In this Entry Level Account Manager role, you’ll be the trusted voice of AT&T, providing exceptional customer interaction through in-person sales and excellent customer service.
As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will speak directly with customers to present AT&T’s products and services, answer questions, and help customers choose solutions that fit their needs. You’ll build strong rapport with each customer, making every conversation positive and productive.
What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Account Manager
• Engage face-to-face with customers to understand their needs and recommend AT&T products and services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering customer questions, addressing concerns, and offering tailored sales solutions.
• Assist customers through product explanations, plan comparisons, and account support.
• Maintain accurate customer information and handle customer follow-ups professionally.
• Represent the AT&T brand positively in all customer interactions as an Entry Level Account Manager.
Who You Are as an Entry Level Account Manager
• You enjoy engaging with customers in person and building strong relationships.
• You have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service.
• You are a self-starter who wants to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• You have reliable transportation and are comfortable working in the Fremont area.
