Enterprise Solution Architecture Analyst Intern - Summer 2026

The role involves supporting the design and deployment of architecture processes, collaborating with various teams, and facilitating technical diagrams and lifecycle plans for applications and technologies. Responsibilities Support building out Reference Architecture process (standards and exceptions) across various technologies Incubate emerging technology by building out demonstratable solutions, e.g., Agentic AI, Inference AI, Graph Analytics, etc Be accountable for the design, deployment and effectiveness of global architecture processes including architecture planning and development, portfolio management, architecture assurance and innovation Support the design, deployment and effectiveness of architecture processes including architecture planning and development (capabilities planning), application & technology portfolio management and solution architecture assurance (working with the Digital Engineering, Data Engineering, DevOps teams) Collaborate to drive and influence process, tools, data and reporting to enable architecture practices throughout Entegris Facilitate application & technology lifecycle plans with associated technical diagrams Facilitate the Application Communication (logical) diagrams for each major business area Participate in defining and capturing Capabilities for specific business areas Skills Has had exposure to IT applications and/ or IT infrastructure An ability to facilitate/ communicate across a wide spectrum from colleagues to IT leadership Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting documents including familiarity with SharePoint/ Teams Desire to learn across multiple workstreams Must be a currently enrolled student Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May/June through August/September Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in an internship program Experience with Jira usage/ configuration Web services and REST APIs DevOps (GitHub) Security best practices Effective communication across technical and non-technical colleagues Strong problem-solving skills Benefits Generous 401(K) plan with an impressive employer match Excellent health packages to fit your needs Flexible work schedule with paid holidays and sick time Values-driven culture with colleagues that rally around People, Accountability, Creativity and Excellence Company Overview Entegris is a leading supplier of advanced materials & process solutions for the semiconductor, life sciences and other high-tech industries It was founded in 1966, and is headquartered in Billerica, Massachusetts, USA, with a workforce of 5001-10000 employees.
