What You Will Be Doing
• Sustain and deepen partnerships with current collaborators by applying AI-enriched communication intelligence to tailor interactions, predict partner requirements, and cultivate enduring relationships.
• Discover and forge strategic alliances consistent with organizational goals through AI-driven market research, analytics-based targeting, and automated prospecting.
• Monitor and evaluate partner outcomes using AI-powered dashboards and automated reporting systems to deliver leadership real-time visibility and forward-looking trend forecasts.

Enterprise Sales Director Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years in channel sales leadership roles (manager level or higher)
• A minimum of 7 years in total sales capacity
• Demonstrated experience in B2B software sales
• Proven track record building or deploying AI-assisted workflows within a sales context
• Current residence in North America

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
