Now, we're seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth within our most strategic accounts. **About the Role:** As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our Enterprise customers, ensuring seamless onboarding, delivering ongoing support, identifying expansion opportunities, translating customer feedback into actionable insights, and ultimately delivering ROI for customers. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Solutions, Enablement, and Support to build lasting relationships and maximize customer value. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving strategic growth, customer satisfaction, and retention, while contributing to the success of our customers and the arenaflex team. **Responsibilities:** * Partner with sales and implementation to support smooth onboarding, ongoing training, and adoption of contracted functionality for Enterprise customers. * Form deep relationships with customers, serve as a trusted advisor, and ensure ongoing success, engagement, and strategic conversations with key executive stakeholders and decision makers. * Develop arenaflex product expertise to build credibility and add value for customers. * Conduct regular touchbases and quarterly business reviews across your accounts to ensure retention and strategic alignment between arenaflex and our customers. * Drive commercial negotiations with customers and internal legal and finance teams to efficiently and symbiotically close deals and restructure contracts. * Drive a feedback loop with cross-functional teams by gathering and synthesizing customer inputs to inform product development and prioritize roadmap enhancements. * Support accounts with custom reporting needs outside of the standard product. * Monitor account health and proactively resolve and escalate issues to reduce churn. * Maintain CRM hygiene, ensuring account records and documentation are up to date. * Pursue ongoing healthcare industry and CRM platform education and training. * Contribute to team-wide initiatives to make arenaflex a great place to work and drive Customer Success department efficiencies. **About You:** * 5+ years of Enterprise Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, with a preference for healthtech. * Experience managing a book of business > $3M ARR, building pipeline, and closing deals. * Strong Executive relationship-building, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. * Experience navigating complex, matrixed client relationships and driving retention. * Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and customer success tools. **What We Offer:** * A dynamic and remote work environment, with opportunities to work with a talented team across the US and internationally. * A competitive compensation package, including startup equity, health, vision, and dental plans, unlimited PTO, new Apple equipment, and more. * Ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in healthcare industry and CRM platform. * A collaborative and supportive work environment, with opportunities to contribute to team-wide initiatives and drive Customer Success department efficiencies. **Why Join arenaflex?** * We're a rapidly growing company, with almost 150 employees in 5 years and steady revenue growth. * We've secured a $27M Series B led by Craft Ventures, bringing us to $47M in total funding. * We value the many benefits of remote work, and we're committed to creating a great place to work for our employees.
