• Deep knowledge of hybrid cloud/on-premises infrastructure, including Azure cloud services and data center operations.
• Extensive experience supporting enterprise database platforms, including InterSystems IRIS/Caché, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Demonstrated expertise in high-availability systems architecture, data integration patterns, and system performance optimization.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across infrastructure, application development, and data architecture domains.
• Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements within federal IT environments, including support for ATO efforts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present complex architecture concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

• Experience with InterSystems Ensemble or Health Connect for enterprise integration and messaging.
• Familiarity with IRIS-based data pipelines supporting enterprise data warehouses such as CDW or cloud analytics platforms.
• Experience designing and overseeing metadata-driven integration architectures for healthcare data exchange.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, or SAFe Architect.
• Experience supporting system and data modernization efforts in federal healthcare programs.
