Enterprise Applications Architect

Job Description: • Designing and managing the architecture of the organization’s IT systems • Defining and maintaining the architecture for all major SaaS and custom enterprise applications • Ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and futureproofing of the application portfolio • Leading the design of scalable, secure, and efficient integrations across platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS) • Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify technology needs • Guiding the implementation of IT initiatives Requirements: • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with deep expertise in SaaS platforms • Proficiency in enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Snowflake and Microsoft 365 • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in enterprise systems • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and citizen development enablement • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, and integration frameworks • Certification in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is a plus • Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2) • Proven experience in application rationalization and custom application development • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
