We're now expanding into the United States — and we're looking for the person who will build that market from the ground up. If you want to own a territory before it's crowded, sell a technically differentiated product into a problem that's growing faster than the industry can solve it, and work directly with a senior founding team that moves fast, this is that role.

What You Will Do
• Build greenfield pipeline from zero across priority verticals: UGC platforms, generative AI companies, cloud and infrastructure providers, and enterprise security buyers
• Develop and execute an outbound-led prospecting strategy, identifying the right stakeholders in Trust & Safety, legal, and engineering leadership at target accounts
• Represent the company at US industry events (Trust & Safety convenings, AI safety conferences, security summits) and convert those relationships into qualified pipeline
• Feed structured market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, product gaps — directly back to the founding team

What We're Looking For
Required
• 4–7 years of B2B SaaS sales or business development experience, with a demonstrated track record of closing new logos (not just managing existing accounts)
• Proven success in greenfield or hunter-model sales — you've built a territory or pipeline from scratch and can speak to the specific tactics that worked
• Experience selling into enterprise buyers in Trust & Safety, content moderation, cybersecurity, or adjacent SaaS verticals
• Comfortable operating with high ambiguity and minimal structure — you design the process, you don't wait for it
• Strong executive presence and communication skills across the full sales motion: discovery, demo, pricing conversation, and close

Preferred
• Prior experience at a content safety, AI moderation, or Trust & Safety SaaS company (e.g., competitors in the Hive / ActiveFence / Checkstep space, or upstream infrastructure players)
• An existing network in UGC platforms, social media companies, AI labs, or cloud security procurement teams
• Familiarity with how generative AI risks — deepfakes, CSAM detection, synthetic media — are reshaping how platforms think about content safety investment
