Zoom is looking for Enterprise Account Executives to sell our Zoom Workplace Platform. Our Enterprise sales team focuses on working with our top strategic/global accounts in a defined geographic territory.

About the Team
As a member of the Zoom Enterprise team, you will empower top global corporations to discover flexible solutions for modern team collaboration. You will advocate the innovative power of our platform to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

Responsibilities
Building and maintaining relationships with high-level clients

Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities

Creating client presentations and proposals. Coordinating quarterly business reviews

Conducting high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives

Utilizing solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide sales process to close

Developing and maintaining business within existing accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns

What we’re looking for
Have experience (6+ yrs) of quota carrying Enterprise Sales/Account Executive experience

Have experience prospecting net new logos, developing and maintaining business within existing accounts and managing complex sales situations

Have experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

Have experience with business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills

Have experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging

Able to travel as needed

Responsabilités
Établir et maintenir des relations avec des clients de haut niveau

Effectuer des recherches de marchĂ© pour identifier de nouvelles occasions d’affaires

Créer des présentations et des propositions pour les clients

Coordonner les revues d’affaires trimestrielles

Mener des conversations stratégiques avec des dirigeants de niveau C et des vice-présidents

Utiliser des techniques de vente axĂ©es sur la solution et la valeur afin de guider efficacement le processus de vente jusqu’à la conclusion

Développer et maintenir les affaires au sein des comptes existants, gérer des situations de vente complexes et des campagnes de vente

Ce que nous recherchons
PossĂ©der plus de 6 ans d’expĂ©rience en vente aux entreprises ou en gestion de comptes avec objectifs de quotas

Avoir au moins 2 ans d’expĂ©rience en vente auprĂšs de fournisseurs de services financiers et d’assurance de niveau 1

Avoir de l’expĂ©rience en prospection de nouveaux clients, en dĂ©veloppement et maintien d’affaires dans des comptes existants, et en gestion de situations de vente complexes

Avoir de l’expĂ©rience avec des outils de gestion de la relation client (CRM)

Avoir de l’expĂ©rience en prĂ©visions commerciales, en dĂ©veloppement de pipeline et en gestion de celui-ci

Avoir de l’expĂ©rience dans la dĂ©monstration de produits, avec la capacitĂ© de crĂ©er des messages pertinents et stratĂ©giques

Être disponible pour voyager au besoin

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:
$208,700.00
Maximum:
$365,200.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
