As a Network Operations Engineer at Verizon, you will play a critical role in enhancing the company's network capabilities. Responsibilities
ā¢ Provide technical expertise in network transformation and maintenance.

ā¢ Perform troubleshooting and configuration changes in a 24x7 operations environment.

ā¢ Evaluate network coverage and make recommendations for improvements.

ā¢ Conduct triage, fault isolation, and remediation of network events.

ā¢ Generate and update problem-tracking tickets and improve business practices.
,
ā¢ Escalate issues to appropriate internal/external engineering teams for resolution.
Requirements
ā¢ Bachelor's degree or two or more years of relevant work experience.

ā¢ Three or more years of relevant work experience in a network operations role.
,
ā¢ Valid driver's license.
,
ā¢ Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
Nice-to-haves
ā¢ Technical degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.

ā¢ Knowledge of telecommunications equipment and technologies like Telephony Switching, Data Communications, and Network Routers.

ā¢ Computer support experience, including troubleshooting PC hardware and configurations.
