Working with young children, you’ll create a positive, motivating environment that encourages curiosity and confidence. Responsibilities • Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs • Develop and implement customized lesson plans and learning materials aligned with curriculum standards in English and Science to enhance understanding of subject matter • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents • Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student engagement • Collaborate with teachers and parents to identify areas for improvement and set academic goals • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements Requirements • Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, with a strong understanding of educational concepts • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students • Experience working with children in an educational setting, demonstrating patience and adaptability • Classroom experience preferred, showcasing an ability to manage diverse learning styles and needs • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan lessons and track student progress efficiently Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 30 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
