About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated English Tutor to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Customized Lesson Planning:
- Design and deliver interactive and tailored English lessons based on individual or group needs.

- Student Engagement:
- Create a supportive and dynamic virtual classroom environment.
- Encourage active participation and foster confidence in English communication skills.
- Assessment and Feedback:
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Adaptability and Support:
- Adjust teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
- Serve as a mentor and guide, helping students achieve their language goals.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Liaise with parents, guardians, or organizational representatives regarding student progress when applicable.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to curriculum development and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
- Exceptional command of the English language (native or near-native fluency).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in leveraging digital teaching platforms and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple students effectively.
Basic Requirements:
- A bachelorâs degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. A masterâs degree is preferred.
- TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification.
- A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a virtual environment.
- Reliable internet connection, a computer with a camera, and a headset.
